Group Meditation

Sessions may also include gentle tension-relieving stretches or other seated mindful movements and informal breathing practices to help relieve distress from the nervous system.

Healing From Grief and Loss

I’ll be a source of support, helping you to allow and work with whatever emotions you’re navigating, with a sense of self-compassion, acceptance, and nonjudgment.

You’ll learn to cultivate mindful awareness of, and how to work with, physical sensations and illness that often occur after the loss of a spouse, partner, or other loved one.

Learn how to process your grief, express yourself, and the emotions you’re carrying in a healthy, productive way.
